Declan is the Managing Director and Group Head of Real Estate for Valustrat, and brings 30 years of international experience. He is a Professional Member of The Royal Institutions of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), UK as well as a Professional Member of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI). Declan’s advisory and valuation experience encompasses a broad range of reporting on all asset types for lending, audit, legal & transactional requirements. He has dealt with an extensive variety of clients including government entities, financial institutions, multinational and local corporations and private individuals.
A seasoned international project management and real estate professional with extensive experience in building and managing multi-cultural teams to deliver a wide variety of real estate projects. Prior to his current position, Kevin was the Regional Real Estate leader for a major multi-national corporation. In this role Kevin took the lead on all aspects of the portfolio management, asset management and delivery of significant construction projects around Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.
A chartered membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS Management Consultancy), Kevin was a founding partner of PMK Consult. Kevin has a proven track record of leading international estate portfolio transformation programmes and large construction projects, delivering results that improve business performance in complex business and market environments.

Travis is the co-founder and CEO of TMX and a recognised leader in the industry, having designed and delivered some of the most advanced industrial developments across Asia-Pacific.
Travis has managed the successful delivery of a range of facilities covering industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical and government sectors; most recently focussing on the delivery of advanced industrial and logistics facilities. Travis previously held a senior role in Australia's largest industrial property group managing new industrial and commercial developments from site acquisition, feasibility and lease negotiations through to construction and handover.
He has been responsible for delivering a staggering $2.7 billion of distribution centres over the past 10 years, many of which include state-of-the-art automation.

Milan is co-founder and COO of TMX. He is an experienced and dynamic property professional with an extensive skillset across industrial property procurement and development. Milan is a dynamic property professional with key expertise in industrial property development, structural engineering, procurement and project management gained from 20 years in the development industry. Prior to TX, Milan held a senior role at Goodman Group (Australia's largest industrial property group) managing new industrial and commercial developments, from site acquisition, feasibility and lease negotiations through to construction and handover.
