He has extensive experience in all areas of end-to-end supply chain from strategy development through to transportation management, national distribution centre management, EBA negotiations and business change management. Prior to TMX, Eric’s roles included logistics development manager, freight logistics planning, and frozen products planning, production and distribution for Unilever Europe and general manager for distribution centres and transportation at Woolworths Supermarkets, Aust.

Tom is an expert in automation, online fulfilment strategies and distribution centre design. He has 20 years’ experience leading new supply chain transformations, network optimisation, 3PL warehousing and transportation, and supply chain strategies for major global organisations. Tom’s extensive knowledge in automation, WHS systems, warehouse MHE & design, system solutions, costs to serve analysis and transformations has led to a range of long-and-short-term benefits for clients.

He is a recognised Asia-Pacific expert across WMS systems, warehouse MHE and automation. He also possesses deep supply chain experience and expertise in FMCG, eCommerce, telecommunications, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors.
