Paul has spearheaded development in the Middle East since 2000, having been involved in some of the most iconic developments across the Gulf, including The Palms, Burj Khalifa, NYUAD, Saadiyat Island, DMC, Raha Beach, Reem Island, KIZAD, ICAD, and a multitude of residential, hospitality, institutional, retail, leisure and industrial projects. For the past three years he has been the CEO of Integra where he has provided overall strategic and commercial direction, in addition to leading our development management team. Paul has also held executive roles at global professional services firms over the past 30 years, including most recently Global Market Leader at GHD, where he led over 1,500 architects, engineers and construction managers, with a real estate services’ annual revenue of $250 million for some $8 billion of projects delivered annually across the globe.

Zoë Harries

With a background in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Special Economic Zones (SEZ) Advisory, Zoë Harries supports governments, multilateral organizations and SEZs in accelerating sustainable economic growth through SEZ development, investment attraction and trade promotion. Zoë has extensive experience in industrial parks and special economic zones (SEZ) development and is highly skilled in prefeasibility studies, PPP business modelling, value proposition development and positioning, sector targeting and cluster development. She offers intellectual guidance and advisory services to governments, special economic zones and business parks to attract foreign investment. In her current role as Project Director at World Free Zones Organization in Dubai, UAE, Zoë set up the Advisory Division and provides ongoing support to SEZs and Governments, including global identifying global sector-specific best practices and benchmark studies.


Dr Roland Zibell

Roland’s expertise ranges from logistics business design, development of integrated logistics and multi-modal transport platforms, design of global supply chains and distribution systems, process and technical design of logistics facilities, logistics business development, to logistics management. This experience has been built during a vast number of design and consulting projects in the industry sectors of aviation, electronics, automotive, FMCG, perishable products, and logistics services industries as well as during line management functions in the logistics services industry in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands.


Kevin is the Managing Director of Advisory for Valustrat, and has more than 35 years’ experience, combining a strong history of professional business advisory gained working for world-class firms such as KPMG and OC&C Strategy Consultants, with a variety of positions in operational management. Prior to joining ValuStrat he spent six years at EC Harris leading their Strategy and Transformation initiatives within a built asset and social infrastructure vertical – with a focus on strategy development, business planning and programme management of large complex international commissions He holds an MBA from Bradford University Management Centre.
