BURY STREET, LONDON

This project was one of complexity and required meticulous attention to detail.

One of our regular clients required scaffolding to be erected plus a large expanse of temporary roof built and fitted in order for them to carry out the scheduled works.

The vaulted basements below pavement level and the lack of tie points presented some considerations for our estimators and planning team. At ground level the street was busy with pedestrians and shops open for trading. All these factors needed to be reviewed in order to plan the project and carefully execute the day to day operation.

In addition, our client was working to a tight program and we needed to fully support them to ensure a successful outcome, which we did, and the project was delivered in just under 5 weeks.
