LUXURY REPORT | Q4 2023 E XC E P T I O N A L S A L E S | DISTINCTIVE PROPERTIES BROKERED BY EXCEPTIONAL AGENTS

Welcome In 2023, eXp Luxury achieved remarkable milestones, surpassing 1,100 members and expanding our presence into key international markets such as New Zealand, Australia, England, South Africa, and Puerto Rico. Throughout the year, we appointed 11 ambassadors, fostered a collaborative and supportive community with weekly masterminds, and experienced explosive growth that set the stage for our global expansion. We anticipate doubling luxury memberships in 2024 due to our exceptional value proposition for agents and their luxury clients. According to a recent Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Report*, the luxury real estate market has shown a slight uptick in inventory, while prices have remained steady. Today’s luxury sellers demand solid and robust marketing. Our own Luxury Division agents are reporting that the clients’ appeal for global exposure to high net worth buyers with our global media listing distribution is assisting in them securing listings over other luxury agents. Looking ahead to 2024, RISMedia predicts a favorable outlook for luxury consumers, with over a third anticipating rate drops and substantial growth in inventory during Q4 2023. “Supercharged productivity, an explosion in AI tools, meeting and management tech, and a global marketplace for talent, means trailblazing luxury teams can exponentially improve productivity and slash operating costs. Forward thinking pros will leverage our Luxury Division tools to deliver a superior client experience and ‘future-proof’ against industry challenges on the horizon.” says Michael Valdes, Chief Growth Officer of eXp Realty, expressing his confidence in the luxury market’s positive trajectory. As we continue our global expansion in 2024, we are poised to capitalize on these trends and further enhance our position in the luxury real estate market. I hope you enjoy this issue of eXceptional Sales! And remember, you can always find us at expluxury.com. Cheers.
