ANADONO is a traveling artist team. In the summer of 2014, our team has been to over 27 outdoor music festivals with our art and vending. We usually have a live painter at all events, indoor shows and outdoor shows. We have a PINK EZ UP CANOPY (gallery style) that we run our vending business out of. 50% of our shows we attend, we vend at and 20% of ALL sales from ANADONO go to a charity of choice, for that month. We are a full vending company. Jewelery, hand made items, plants, clothes, trinkets, anadono art gallery and several live installations.

We work hard, we paint hard. We invest a lot of our souls into what we do. We are not the average artist. We believe all art is art. From the hands of a five year old to the hands of a seventy five year old. We place no limits no restrictions on any idea. Art is art. Beauty in raw form. We have workshops and try to teach with our traveling. We come to you to try and reach you. We want to inspire people to never give up on their dreams. We are your friends, we are a family. We are people out to change the world even if its just by smiling back.

AllOne and D.o.drent were total strangers living in different states (New York and Massachusetts respectively) who converged via social media over a mutual appreciation for the Floridian artist, 24/7. Appropriately, 24/7’s producer, Tony Mahoney became the producer for their decided collaborative effort, a split EP. This album is the result of that decided creative venture that grew into a friendship.

What is your name and what is it that you do? Alexis Woods. I am a photographer. Tell me about this photo set. How did it become what it is? I have always seen people do shoots in a bathtub filled with murky water and I wanted to try one for myself. Also, the weather was really cold and I needed to come up with something that could be done indoors. What memorable responses have you had to your work? Some responses that always seem to come up are about how colorful most of photo’s are, that they have an ethereal quality, and that I seem to have a knack for making people look beautiful. What is your dream project? I have always wanted to shoot for Free People. But I also just want to get into doing some really advent guard stuff. Really artistic stuff that is really far out there. It has really been a challenge for me to step outside of my own box, but I won’t give up trying.

What is your name and what is it that you do? My name is Rachel Fagen. I am a Photographer/MUA/Photo Manipulator. Do you have any artist inspirations and who are they? I was first inspired by an illustrator named StuntKid (Jason Levesque). He uses a method of combining his photography and his illustrations. For me, this made the pictures come alive with fantasy. He also varies his work from photos with a glamorous feel to those with a grotesque feel. I made it my passion to combine the two. What is art and how do you define it? I think art is a work of passion that comes from a person’s heart and soul that is communicated through a creative medium. Art is having a feeling and finding a way to express it, whether it be through drawing, writing or photography. What is the best part about being an artist for you? I have always considered myself to have a unique perspective on the world around me and I love the chance to give others a window into that perspective. Where words fail, my photos can speak for me. The feeling I get from bringing an idea to life is indescribable. I’m literally making my fantasy into a reality.

How has your practice changed over time? Well I started out shooting extreme sports but after getting a lot of skateboards to my face I decided I wanted to try something else. I grabbed a friend and started experimenting with poses, lighting and outfits. I took to it quickly, and soon I found myself craving it. At first, I was a bit timid about shooting different ideas but I was able to push through my comfort zone. Ever since, I have had the privilege of working with very talented models and very talented designers to produce beautiful photos. I’m always excited to see where the next shoot will take me. Tell me about this photo set. How did it become what it is? I was inspired by a photo I saw online (I do not know who the artist is) and it was a geisha in water with her whole body submerged with just her eyes and top of her head above the surface. It inspired me to create my own take on a water geisha. The collaboration between the designer, the model and I resulted in a final product I was more than satisfied with.

Katie Chandler What is your name and what is it that you do? My name is Katie Chandler. I model because I love art of all kinds and I really enjoy being a part of the art we create. Tell me about this photo set. How did it become what it is? This set was kind of last minute and we didn’t have a lot if time but It ended up coming out amazing and I love both the images, I was going for dark but sultry. My goal is always to create an image people will want to display as art and I believe this accomplished that.
