After completing 35 years of activity in the Portuguese real estate market, we must remember some memories.

It is worth highlighting our beginning of activities in the so-called Parque Europa, currently called Alta de Lisboa. Parque das Nações, where we launched the two tower icons for the Sonae Group and the Ferrovial Group. For the Amorim Group “Nova Campolide” was a great success. For Grupo Real, we created Amoreiras Place.

During this period we participated from the purchase of land, collaboration with architects in defining the final project, marketing, advertising and sales strategy in more than 120 developments in Lisbon, Porto, Algarve, Óbidos, Setúbal among others.

We continue our trajectory with a portfolio of developments planned for Cascais, Lisbon and Algarve. Our attention has also been dedicated to structuring real estate projects from scratch for our developer and investor clients.
