First, let us Identify if This Course is for you Are you a creative professional at a junior, senior, or somewhere in between position that wants to take the next step to excel? If yes, then this course is for you! Unlike, all of our design courses in London, this course does not teach design skills. Rather, it prepares you for leading position responsibilities such as team building, strategizing, analyzing, delivering, and performing design critiques, the art of communication, design representation, overcoming imposter syndrome, and more. Moreover, it helps you acquire the required skills at a lead level so you can forge forward.
Course Duration The best part about this design leadership course is that it is scheduled twice a week in our Shoreditch studio to accommodate working professionals. It stretches across 6 weeks on a part-time basis from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm London time. You will be enrolled for Monday and Wednesday classes or Tuesday and Thursday classes depending on your start date.
Syllabus As mentioned before, it is 6 weeks course with pre-course reading, a sign-up process, and also after-course support. Week 1 covers orientation, the introduction of leadership, workbook activities, and more. Week 2 and 3 focus on business strategy and work culture. You’ll learn to scrutinize your competitors and their strategies while developing a strategic mindset of your own. Further, you will also learn to take and give criticisms, empower teams and navigate changes in work culture.
