The survey follows our pillars and evaluates our organizational and team successes in Safety, Quality, Human Development, Productivity, and Growth and Margin. You will also have the opportunity to comment on Teamwork, Recognition, Tools and Resources as well as those who provide leadership. When asked about the person you report to, that is the person who directly oversees your work and can be a supervisor or manager depending on your department’s structure. Help Us Thank Our Doctors National Doctors’ Day, celebrated on March 30, is a day that honors physicians for the work they do for their patients, the communities they work in, and for society as a whole. To thank our doctors, we are putting together a special video to be used on social media. Send a video (no more than 5 seconds) of you or your team saying the words “thank you” to ema@excelahealth.org before end of business day March 25. When taking the video, please hold your phone so that it is landscape, not portrait.

Excela Health Partners with Global Links Excela Health is a partner of Global Links, a medical relief and development organization dedicated to supporting health improvement initiatives in resource-poor communities and promoting environmental stewardship in the U.S. health care system. Excela donates exam tables, beds, mattresses, IV poles, mayo stands and many other items that are no longer being used. These items are used to support Global Links programs in Latin America and elsewhere.

Excela’s partnership with Optum360TM Excela Health recently began an end-to-end revenue cycle partnership with Optum360TM, one of the largest and most successful revenue cycle companies in the United States. On March 17, employees in Patient Access, Centralized Scheduling, Hospital and Physician Business Offices, Clinical Documentation Improvement, Health Information Management, Coding and Reimbursement all transitioned to Optum. This is an exciting venture that will streamline the financial touchpoints among patients, providers and insurers.
