Observations: ● ● ●

Overall supply of townhouses in noted neighborhoods has been trending down post-COVID. The dramatic difference in Park Slope supply versus the other noted neighborhoods is due to its geographic area being significantly larger. Cobble Hill has the least number of townhouses priced between $2MM and $5MM available today.

Demand has generally been keeping pace with supply post-COVID. Supply of Park Slope townhouses increases significantly early in the new year. Fort Greene is the second most active submarket in the cohort of neighborhoods noted in this chart.

So, Donald met us with our kids in a hotel during a brief stay over in Manhattan. We were impressed with his detailed presentation, but we were wowed when we saw it put into action. Within a very short amount of time, he had our apartment painted, photographed, and printed a beautiful singular brochure just for our apartment. He did all of this work while we were away.
