Our Chef has created unrepeatable library of contemporary Latvian cuisine, where the most of high-quality seasonal ingredients are used, and where rich experience is combined with fresh inspiration. On the one hand, well-known classical dishes are king here, while on the other hand, endless fantasy reigns in a search for new tastes and sensations, which turn any lunch or dinner into an unforgettable journey.
Jānis Gailis, Sommellier with 15 years of experience, has selected authentic Italian wines from 16 wineries representing 12 regions in Italy, endowing a unique place among Latvia’s restaurants. „BIBLIOTĒKA N 1 Restorāns” is the exclusive representative of champagne De Venoge in Latvia.
