Grove Theatre has level access into the building and all levels are accessible via a lift. There are wheelchair accessible seats in both the Stalls and Circle. To book a wheelchair accessible seat, please contact the Box Office. These seats are not suitable for mobility scooters. If you have an exceptionally large and/or specialist wheelchair, please contact the Box Office for advice on the best seating areas available. Not all of our seating will be suitable for all access needs, if you have trouble with steps, require wheelchair access or need assistance, please contact our Box Office prior to your visit.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 at a ratio of no more than 10 children to 1 adult.
Any person may be subject to search on entry. Disabled parking spaces are available directly behind the theatre.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased. For sold out shows, the Box Office will accept returned tickets for re-sale for an administration charge of 10% of the overall ticket value of the booking. Subject to a waiting list.
For family shows and film, children under the age of 18 months will be issued with a free Babes in Arms ticket if they do not require their own seat.
Only food and drink purchased at the theatre can be consumed on the premises.
Please note we are a cashless venue and only able to take card payments for Box Office, Bar, Kiosk and in-house Merchandise sales. Some visiting companies selling their own merchandise may only accept cash payments. We encourage all visiting companies to take card payments but this may not always be possible.
Pushchairs and baby carriers are not permitted in the auditorium.
