You receive Free Shipping on Subscribe To Save orders of $80 (before taxes and

shipping are applied, but after any discounts and credits are subtracted from the total purchase price) Free Shipping applies only to U.S. physical addresses and standard shipping will generally be ground shipping.

SAMPLE BUDGET BENEFITS 

With the Subscribe To Save & Sample Budget Program, you receive 10% back in product credit for every customer Subscribe To Save order (“Sample Budget Benefits”).

Customers’ first time Subscribe To Save orders do not count towards your Sample Budget Benefit product credits.



To qualify and receive Sample Budget Benefits you must have $80 (before taxes are

applied, but after any discounts and credits are subtracted from the total purchase price) or more in personal Subscribe To Save orders every rolling 60 days. If you are a new Specialist, your Starter Kit purchase counts towards this requirement. If you sign up with the $79 Business Kit, you will be required to purchase $80 in products with Subscribe To Save to meet this requirement. 

Sample Budget Benefits are calculated at the time that a customer’s Subscribe To Save order is placed. At the time that your customer’s Subscribe To Save order is placed, you will receive 10% in product credit of the total value (subtotal after any discounts or credits are subtracted from the total purchase price and before taxes are applied) of your customers’ Subscribe To Save order.

Your Sample Budget Benefits product credit may be applied to products in any orders placed within 60 days from the date of issuance. Sample Budget Benefits product credit cannot be applied to shipping and tax.



If you or a customer returns a product for any reason, the related Sample Budget Benefits product credit will be deducted from your account.

HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIBE TO SAVE ORDERS 

Your Subscribe To Save & Sample Budget Program subscription will continue until you cancel it.



You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date by editing in your Account Settings -> My Subscribe To Save Orders-> Active Orders. You can also call our Delight Center Customer Support at 877-263-1625.



A recurring charge in the amount of the product or products selected, plus tax and shipping if applicable, for Subscribe To Save orders will be automatically charged to your credit card for each shipment on the schedule you requested when you selected the product.



There is no minimum term of the subscription and no minimum purchase obligation.

ELIGIBILITY  

You must have an active Stella & Dot Family Brands Independent Business Owner Agreement in order to be eligible for the EVER Independent Specialist Subscribe To Save & Sample Budget Program.

EVER Skincare customers are not eligible for and may not enroll in the EVER Independent Specialist Subscribe To Save & Sample Budget Program. EVER reserves the right to accept or refuse membership and to refuse to ship products for any reason in its sole discretion. Only residents of the United States may enroll in EVER Independent Specialist Subscribe To Save & Sample Budget Program.

RETURNS



All returns are subject to EVER’s Return Policy.

GENERAL 



From time to time, EVER may offer different memberships, membership terms, and the fees for such membership(s) may vary. EVER may also choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Subscribe To Save & Sample Budget membership benefits. EVER may terminate the program in its sole discretion. You may not transfer or assign your Subscribe To Save & Sample Budget Program product credits, or any benefits, including discounts. These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with EVER for products, services or otherwise.

Except as otherwise specified herein, the terms of your Stella & Dot Family Brands Independent Business Owner Agreement shall apply to your EVER Subscribe To Save & Sample Budget Program membership.

IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN EVER’S TERMS OF USE AND ANY OTHER AGREEMENTS, IN NO EVENT WILL STELLA & DOT LLC (D/B/A EVER) OR OUR DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVER SUBSCRIBE TO SAVE & SAMPLE BUDGET PROGRAM. STELLA & DOT LLC ‘S TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED US $100. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

EVER TERMS; AMENDMENT



All Terms of Use associated with the use of the EVER website (www.everskin.com) and Specialist Lounge (lounge.everskin.com) apply to you as an EVER Independent Subscribe To Save subscriber. EVER may amend the Subscribe To Save & Sample Budget Program Terms and Conditions, the Specialist Lounge Terms, and the website Terms of Use from time to time at its discretion and any such amendments will be applied to your account from the date of the amendment.
