Add Subscribe To Save to your shopping bag.

You’ll be prompted to create an EVER customer account or login if you already have an EVER account.

PERKS OF SUBSCRIBE TO SAVE ORDERS 

You receive 10% off all Subscribe To Save orders purchased through your EVER customer account.



You receive a $30 Birthday Credit if you have a Subscribe To Save order within 60 days prior to your birthday as provided in your EVER customer account. Birthday Credit expires after 60 days of issuance.



You receive 10% back in product credit on your Subscribe To Save orders totals before tax (after 10% discount and any credits are applied, if applicable). If you return a product for any reason, the related product credit will be deducted from your account.



Your product credit may be applied to products in any orders placed within 60 days from the date of issuance. Product credits cannot be applied to shipping and tax.



You receive Free Shipping on Subscribe To Save orders of $80 (before taxes are

applied, but after any discounts and credits are subtracted from the total purchase price). This is to U.S. physical addresses and standard shipping will generally be ground shipping.

HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIBE TO SAVE ORDERS 

Your Subscribe To Save subscription will continue until you cancel it.



You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date by editing in your Account Settings -> My Subscribe To Save Orders-> Active Orders. You can also call our Delight Center Customer Support at 877-263-1625.



A recurring charge in the amount of the product or products selected, plus tax and shipping if applicable, for Subscribe To Save will be automatically charged to your credit card for each shipment on the schedule you requested when you selected the product.

There is no minimum term of the subscription and no minimum purchase obligation.

ELIGIBILITY 

EVER Independent Specialists are not eligible for and may not enroll in the EVER Customer Subscribe To Save Program. EVER reserves the right to accept or refuse membership and to refuse to ship products for any reason in its sole discretion. Only residents of the United States may enroll in the EVER Customer Subscribe To Save Program.

RETURNS



All returns are subject to EVER’s Return Policy.

GENERAL 

From time to time, EVER may offer different memberships, membership terms, and the fees for such membership(s) may vary. EVER may also choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Subscribe To Save Program membership benefits. EVER may terminate the program in its sole discretion. You may not transfer or assign your Subscribe To Save credits or any benefits, including discounts. These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with EVER for products, services or otherwise.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN EVER’S TERMS OF USE AND ANY OTHER AGREEMENTS, IN NO EVENT WILL STELLA & DOT LLC (D/B/A EVER) OR OUR DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVER SUBSCRIBE TO SAVE PROGRAMS. STELLA & DOT LLC ‘S TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED $100. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

EVER TERMS; AMENDMENT 

All Terms of Use associated with the use of the EVER website (www.everskin.com) apply to you as a Subscribe To Save Program subscriber. EVER may amend the Subscribe To Save Program Terms and Conditions and the website Terms of Use from time to time at its discretion and any such amendments will be applied to your account from the date of the amendment.
