ROOF MEMBRANES

3–LAYER ROOF MEMBRANES

Microporous Functional Film.

Highly vapour-permeable, three-layer airtight roof membranes, made of 2 layers of polypropylene fabric and a layer of microporous functional film, are used as an underlay layer on insulated and ventilated pitched roofs, including fully sarking ones. They are suitable for roofs covered with ceramic or concrete tiles, steel roof tiles, flat sheet metal, slate, or bitumen shingles.

Microporous Functional Film

The heart of roofing membranes is a microporous functional film, which is an extremely thin coating of stretched polymerchalk CaCO3 mixture in which over 1 billion micropores per cm2 are created during the extrusion process. Thanks to these micropores, we achieve high waterproofing and vapor permeability based on capillarity. Water molecules have the ability to pass through the micropores of the functional film to the outside.

SELF–ADHESIVE MEMBRANE

Effective waterproofing and house wrapping of walls, ceilings, and roofs with a self-adhesive membrane.

Eurovent® SUPER SA is a self-adhesive, three-layer membrane with an additional adhesive coating that covers the entire membrane surface. The membrane is specifically designed to adhere independently to a prepared substrate, providing a high-performance, waterproof and airtight barrier.

Eurovent® SUPER SA self-adhesive high-permeability membrane. Suitable for insulating pitched roofs, walls and ceilings.

The membrane adheres perfectly to wood-based surfaces such as CLT, OSB boards, MDF, and other wood-derived panels. Additionally, it provides adhesion to hard plastic, metal, plasterboard, and fibre gypsum board.

With the use of a Eurovent® PRIMER, it can also be applied to concrete, plaster, and fibre-cement boards.

› Advantages of Eurovent® SUPER SA

Perfect adhesion to walls and big surfaces.

The special adhesive formula ensures high vapour-permeability.

Air tight water and moisture protection. Time and thermal energy saving.

3–LAYER ROOF MEMBRANES

Monolithic Functional Film.

Highly vapour-permeable, three-layer airtight roof membranes, made of 2 layers of polypropylene fabric and a layer of monolithic functional film.

They are used as an underlay layer on insulated and ventilated pitched roofs, including fully sarking ones. They are suitable for roofs covered with ceramic roof tiles, concrete tiles, steel roof tiles, flat sheet metal, slate, or bitumen shingles.

Monolithic Functional Film

A monolithic film, unlike a microporous film, is characterized by the lack of micropores or holes in its structure. It is a homogeneous layer of material with constant density, in which functionalities are evenly distributed over its entire volume. Vapor permeability is achieved through chemical interaction with water molecules, the polymer becomes a breathable layer and allows itself to be penetrated.

4–LAYER ROOF MEMBRANES

STRONG FAMILY

Highly vapour-permeable, four-layer airtight roof membranes, made of 2 layers of polypropylene fabric, a layer of microporous functional film, and a PE reinforcing mesh.

Thanks to the PE reinforcement, the STRONG FAMILY series membranes are characterised by extreme tear resistance.

They are used as an underlay layer on insulated and ventilated pitched roofs, including fully sarking ones. Suitable for roofs covered with ceramic or concrete tiles, steel roof tiles, flat sheet metal, slate, or bitumen shingles.

STANDING SEAM ROOFING METAL SHEETS

Highly vapour-permeable, three-layer airtight roof membranes, made of 2 layers of polypropylene fabric and a layer of microporous functional film, integrated with an 8 mm separation mesh.

The applied mesh acts as a separation layer between the membrane and standing seam roofing metal sheets, providing ventilation space, draining condensate, and ensuring soundproofing.

They are used for insulated and ventilated pitched roofs with full sarking, finished with standing seam metal roofing sheets, as well as for facades, serving as a ventilation and separation membrane for metal cladding.

SHINGLES ROOFING

Synthetic and bituminous roof membranes designed for use under roofing made of bitumen shingles, wooden shingles, and slate, in pitched, sheathed, and ventilated roofs.

These membranes are distinguished by exceptional waterproofing, high tear resistance, and enhanced UV resistance.

CERTIFICATES

EMICODE®

It is a quality control and classification system for building materials based on the level of hazardous substance emissions. Materials classified as „very low emission” carry the GEV EMICODE® EC1 PLUS label, which ensures the highest level of safety for healthy indoor air.

ÉMISSIONS DANS L’AIR INTÉRIEUR A+

A system for classifying volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from building materials and other products used indoors. The classification assesses emission levels 28 days after the product is applied. Class A+ indicates a very low level of emissions, meaning the product is safe for indoor air quality.

QB Ecrans Souples De Sous-Toiture

The certification issued by CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment), a renowned French institute, involves rigorous testing and evaluation to ensure that products meet relevant building standards.

This certification confirms that the roofing membrane complies with the highest standards of quality and safety. It assesses water resistance, wind resistance, UV durability, as well as longevity and water vapour permeability.

This certification is one of the most recognized in Europe.

ZVDH

The ZVDH certificate pertains to the requirements and standards set by the Central Association of the German Roofing Trade. It is awarded to roofing materials that meet the highest quality and technical standards required by the German roofing industry. This certificate guarantees high quality and compliance with stringent craftsmanship standards.

ENVIRONMENTAL DECLARATION

The EPD declaration provides information about the environmental impact of the product.

The assessment covers:

Raw material consumption and emissions.

Energy consumption related to production. Usage, product life cycle.
