CERTIFICATES
EMICODE®
It is a quality control and classification system for building materials based on the level of hazardous substance emissions. Materials classified as „very low emission” carry the GEV EMICODE® EC1 PLUS label, which ensures the highest level of safety for healthy indoor air.
DIN 4108/11
German standard defining the airtightness of a building material or part of a building, meaning that air does not penetrate through the element or does so within a limited range.
Materials meeting this standard prevent drafts in the structure and ensure the tightness of connections.

CERTIFIED COMPONENT PASSIVE HOUSE INSTITUTE
This certificate confirms that the product meets stringent requirements for energy efficiency, insulation, and airtightness, which are crucial for achieving the passive house standard.
This certification guarantees the highest quality and energy efficiency of products used in passive construction.
System components with airtightness class phA.
Eurovent® CLIMA X Airtightness vapour control membrane.
Eurovent® UNISAN
Tape for membrane to membrane joints.
Eurovent® HYDRAL
Tape membrane to osb joints
Eurovent® MULTI
Sealing compound for membrane to concrete/wall joints

PZH
This Certificate is recognized by both consumers and professionals as a guarantee of high quality and product safety. The PZH Certificate is issued by the National Institute of Public Health, one of the oldest and most renowned institutions in Poland.
BG1 – tapes with protection class ≥ 600 hPa
Expansion tapes of this class must meet the highest requirements of the DIN 18542 standard. They are characterized by high resistance to weather conditions, including UV radiation. They provide the highest level of water-tightness and vapor permeability.
BG2 – tapes with protection class ≥ 300 hPa
Expansion tapes marked with this symbol have high resistance to weather conditions but must be protected from UV radiation.
BGR – tapes with protection class ≥600 hPa
These tapes offer the highest strength and sealing, designed for use in demanding conditions, especially in areas most exposed to water, wind, and moisture.
BLOWER DOOR TEST
It is an air-tightness test of a building that measures how well the building prevents uncontrolled airflow between the interior and exterior. It is primarily used to assess the building’s energy efficiency, particularly in terms of heat loss and insulation.
It identifies areas of air leakage, such as around windows, doors, the attic, and walls. This test helps assess the effectiveness of thermal insulation and ventilation systems. It is essential for energy-efficient, passive, and low-energy buildings.
During internal testing, we successfully evaluated a wide range of Eurovent brand products, including Vapor Control Layers, Adhesive Tapes, Window Tapes, and Roof Membranes.
