Construction of cold storage for storage of milk products lacteos, with a few measures of 70 x 40 mts approximately. At a height of six metres, with an post cold storage in the front part with the loading deck, for loading and unloading the truck. This post cold storage has a height of four metres. The refrigerator equipment consists of a central of three compressors of power of 40 cv by unit, with control of sequential operation..

Staging of system of airconditioned in area of room work, by units of treatment of air, especially for marine environments and working temperature of 14째c. Boxes of polyethylene built in stainless steel conveyor system.

Construction of industrial bay for cold storage. Treatment of special floor for food systems and anti-slip. Manufacture of rails for drainage in stainless steel and of special measures to avoid problems of catch in feet to workers. Inside we built two cold storage, a room of handling and processing of fish general and a silo liquid ice tank.

MODULAR COLD CHAMBERS COLD STORAGE Modular, innovative, able to make a difference from the traditional ones. TOTAL MODULARITY This flexibility is based on the use of a modulation of 20 by 20 cm. Can adapt in three dimensions (height, width and depth), created a myriad of possible combinations. The modularity also extends to the subdivision of the chamber. Allows to create in one space different areas for different products or different temperatures, adapting even better to different customer needs.

EASIER ASSEMBLY Assembly is done very quickly from the inside of the chamber. Will be operating in record time with a clean and simple work without cuts. The fastening system of the elements of the chamber is done by simple union of two hooks inserted into the panels. The vertical panels and ceiling are also interchangeable.

These two qualities together offer three advantages: • Maximum utilization of space allocated for the chamber. • Ease of dismantle and move elsewhere. • Possibility to expand or change its size using other modules in this range, without having to stop its operation. 36


GATES The same concept of modularity and ease of assembly, the customer can choose between different models and number of doors: sliding, swinging, isoplanes, pivoting or exposure glass gates.

PHENOLIC RESIN SKID FLOORS Wide variety of non-slip floors that allow it to adapt both to the different charges, such as the intensive use of wheelbarrows. In its standard version, the soil is presented with a phenolic resin finish, but also offers the possibility of installing stainless steel floor of the highest quality and durability.

METAL SUPPORTS - Rolled steel sections galvanised by the Sendzimir process (UNI EN 10326UNI EN 10327) - Rolled steel sections galvanised and prepainted by the Coil Coating process - Rolled sections in aluminium alloy, with natural and prepainted finish (EN 485) - Prepainting carried out by continuous process, with thickness, on the visible side, of 5 microns of primer and 20 microns of paint, in the following series: PS-PX-PVDF (special products can be supplied on request, with extremely high anti-corrosion properties). - Prepainted PS and PVC coatings (standard colours), complying with current regulations on contact with foodstuffs.

INSULATING CORE Rigid foam with high insulating power, with a base of Self-extinguishing* polyurethane resins (PUR), meeting the following qualitative standards: - reference thermal conductivity at 10°C: λm = 0.020 W/mK - total density: 40 kg/m3 ±10% - adhesion to supporting surfaces: 0.10 N/mm2 - compression pressure required to produce 10% deformation: 0.11 N/mm2.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIXING The project manager should evaluate the conditions of use according to the local climatic situation. Particular attention should be paid to the fixing of panels with aluminium, copper supports or dark colour painted steel. For further information, please consult “RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE FIXING OF STEEL PANELS AND OF INSULATED METAL PANELS” issued by AIPPEG and the “MANUALE DI POSA E FISSAGGI” drawn up by Isopan Spa.

THERMAL INSULATION The coefficients of heat transmission K stated in the sheet should be taken as usable for design purposes, at 10°C; the calculation takes account of the two laminar resistances, external and internal, and of the thermal conductivity

IMPORTANCE OF SEALING THE JOINT (vapour barrier) Low temperature cell

When the refrigerated cell comes into operation and the temperature falls, the internal depression produced by the low temperature favours the passage of air from the outside to the inside of the cell. If the seal is less than perfect, the moist air could succeed in crossing the joint and reach the area of the inner face of the panel, favouring the appearance of condensation. When the condensation encounters negative temperatures, it could cause the formation of ice. The ice damages the structure of the joint, causing a further loss of efficiency in the cell, and in the most serious cases, compromises the adhesion between the sheets and the insulating core. Having conducted thorough analysis of these phenomena, Isopan recommends using suitable profiles and seals, such as expanding gaskets or similar sealants, to obtain good waterproof performance from the joint. 2

ISOFIRE WALL - FONO The range of “FONO” panels was designed to satisfy the increasing demands for performance in sandwich panels in terms of soundproofing, guaranteeing the non-combustibility of the product at all times. The ISOFIRE WALL FONO is used for wall panelling.

METAL SUPPORTS - Sendzimir galvanised steel sheet (UNI EN 10326-UNI EN 10327). - Galvanised steel sheet, pre-painted by means of a Coil Coating process. - Aluminium alloy sheet, mill finish, stucco embossed or pre-painted (EN 485). - Continuous pre-painting process with a 5 µm thick primer and a 20 µm paint on the item’s visible side. Available in the following lines: PS-PX-PVDF (On request, ISOPAN can also supply very anticorrosive special products). INSULATING LAYER Insulating layer made of high-density mineral fibre (100 kg/m3, λm = 0.040 W/mK at 10°C). LOAD LIMITS - Deformation: a deflection equal to or lower than 1/200 L of the free span is admitted.

- Deflection: it is assumed that the bending stress is completely absorbed by the steel support sheets. - Cut: it has been assumed that the cutting stress is absorbed partly by the steel support sheets and partly by the insulation material. The data specified in tables 1 and 2 are to be considered as indicative. The designer will have to verify and adjust such details with regard to every specific application.
