Description: In this role I was tasked with organizing the Optical Networking lab to reflect 5S practices while also leading and overseeing the rollout of a robotics platform featuring high precision production machinery for optical transceivers, ensuring proper and safe deployment and system performance. Simultaneously, I gained experience in collaborating with international partners, representing LUMA with the shared goal of writing a detailed user manual for the robotics platforms.

Individually I also gained experience with high-end and state of the art networking switches and test and measurement equipment such as Nvidia's SN5600 switch, Exfo’s LTB8 rackmount which featured BERT for 100G/400G/800G, a VOA, and an OSA. I also gained experience in verifying transceiver EEPROM and testing transceiver breakout configurations for specific customer interop needs and assisted in transceiver root cause analysis for returned optics.

Description: I began with learning a new 3D work environment called Artec 3D and managed from start to finish, the creation of a digitized library of 3D scanned horse bones. I spent my time scanning by hand and refining 3D models of hundreds of Horse bones that make up the four legs of a horse. These bones were scanned and digitally reconstructed to form 3D models of entire horse legs for the purpose of analyzing the biomechanics of the joints to optimize a new design for Horseshoes
