Infolettre officielle d’Espace d’Expressions et de Création Volume 17, No 70, June – July 2022 Here we are in June, summer is on the horizon. In addition, the long two-year pandemic parenthesis is behind us. All forms of masks have almost fallen. Thus, it will be a summer of rebirth, letting go, exaltation and reconnection. It is certain that we will have a resurgence of festive life which is in a way a phenomenon drive of life. Already, the title of our collective exhibition And after... is a theme that goes in the same direction and followed by festivals are in full swing. Soon we will officially be in the summer. Which also means, it will be the holidays for a part of the population where everything goes to slow down for several good reasons. For our part, we will be active with another solo exhibition of the artist Frantz Louis at the Georges Laoun, store, Optician 4012 rue Saint-Denis. And we will be leading kite workshops as part of the Haiti in Madness festival on July 30 and 31. Please stay in touch with us for more information about our upcoming openings. We have just had a month of emotions with the beautiful events. We had the launch of our space. Needless to say, our premises have experienced a beauty, a real renaissance thanks to the multidisciplinary artist and liaison officer of the artists at Georges Laoun Opticien Jennifer Laoun-Rubenstein and Alla ZagorodniucScoarta the multidisciplinary artist and coordinator of EEC as well as the two instigators of the party, my sisters Marie-Michelle Charles and Edwige Joseph. We would like to thank them enormously especially for having thought and organized the official opening of our organization and the other people who had done everything to make this evening unforgettable, such as: Jennifer d'Allégresse Boulangerie, Anne-Marie Laoun and our favorite DJ Steven and the artists present. Another big step for Espace d'Expressions et de Création with a festive evening, speeches, presentation of certificates and delicious meals and a good atmosphere that had allowed beautiful encounters. We had the chance to attend the opening of the exhibition of multidisciplinary artist Jennifer LaounRubenstein under the theme When too much heat is thrown at Café Bloom located at 1940 Centre Street until September 5, 2022. And his works will also be at the Café de Da 545 Rue Fleury E, Montreal Québec H3L 1G6 throughout the summer.
