Basketball Superfit Fundamentals
Playball - Ball Hockey (6 years)
(6 to 9 years)
This course is focused on introducing and building the complete fundamental basketball player through individual and team drills and concepts. This course is vital for players that are new to basketball.
Children of all abilities will develop the knowledge and skills needed to play hockey in a safe, energetic and fun-filled indoor environment. CSA approved helmets with full face mask mandatory. Gloves and other protective equipment recommended.

5-on-5 indoor soccer. Futsal is the only form of indoor soccer sanctioned by FIFA. Emphasis is on basic soccer skills, developing reflexes, coordination, ball control, play making awareness, fitness training and physical literacy.
