The City of Escondido adopted a Business Recovery Strategy in May, which includes a toolkit to support businesses City-wide to operate outdoors, on sidewalks, and in parking areas in order to respond to COVID-19 restrictions.
In August, the City continued the existing measures and adopted new measures to support local organizations to operate in City parks and created a framework of flexibility for the City and businesses to adapt to the updated Public Health Orders. The toolkit is essential in supporting our local business community to rise above and shift from surviving to thriving during the pandemic.
Please keep up the great work to “Support local, Shop Local” locally-spent dollars are reinvested in the community to support businesses and City services.
