Heroes of the Park Avenue Community Center Nutrition Program!

The Senior Nutrition program has transitioned to delivery and pick-up of meals since March. During this time, the seniors in the nutrition program have continued to receive meals due to the heroic staff that wanted to continue helping their community. These staff work hard with daily preparations, assisting with seniors' needs, and getting nutritious food safely and efficiently to the seniors.

The nutrition program accepts participants 60 and over. To be added to the waitlist, call: 760-839-4803. Leave your name, phone number and address.
