We have three Presentation Rooms. With our projectors we can enlarge your favorite images, making it easy to show all the details. We will even crop them so you can see exactly how your portraits will look when printed.
With the most experienced staff, you’ll get your own personal designer to help you select the best images for your order and to help you personalize any of our senior products.
For your convenience, our Beverage Bar is always open. Hot tea, coffee, water, or soda is available. With our “no pressure” attitude, we are here to assist you in any way you need!

We will provide your yearbook staff a retouched image of your choice. Your yearbook image may be from any of our sessions. On pages 4-5 we list our paid sessions. There is a session to fit any budget. For the seniors who really aren’t in to pictures, we offer a free yearbook only session (for our contract schools only). Here are a few reasons why we suggest booking one of our paid sessons.

Your session is the actual photo shoot on your day. This covers the time, talent and equipment of the Ervin photographers and is the beginning of your journey to beautiful images. Many of our locations require a usage fee, and we’ve got that covered! Beautiful proof books will be created from Standard and Deluxe Sessions. The proof book and the electronic files may be purchased separately as part of your order.
Our DELUXE SESSION clients will be given the most creative control with your images. First, you will view your 50 images online from a private link. You have the option of sharing this link with any family and friends so they can join in your excitement! From your link, you choose 28 of your favorite images and send that selection to your Ervin designer. We will get busy making your 8x8 proof book for you!
Our digital artists will go through your STANDARD SESSION carefully and with a creative eye. We will choose 28 of our favorite images from your day and place them in an 8x8 proof book. This process takes approximately 2-3 weeks and we will call you as soon as it is ready to be picked up.

CLOTHING CHANGES With each paid session, you will get to wear 3 different outfits. Journey and Pick Two sessions allow 5-6 outfits. If you want help deciding what to wear, our design consultants will be happy to schedule a “clothing design” consultation with you. A great way to add variety to your senior portrait look is through accessories: jewelry, scarves, headbands, hats, and shoes.
CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP ME? Just in case you woke up with a new blemish on the date of your session, don’t worry! We include free facial retouching for any of the images you choose for your yearbook pose or your print order. This includes removing blemishes on your face and body, simple hair frizzies, mild sunburns, and basic eye glasses glare. We also soften under the eyes and whiten your teeth. You will look natural and fabulous! If you have something specific you want altered, be sure and mention that to your design specialist when you place your order.

Do you love music, sports, or reading? Bring your favorite prop and make your session all about you. Don’t forget about your car. Seniors love to be photographed with a cool car. You can bring your pet to any of our session locations other than Philbrook. We are excited to photograph all your fun and creative ideas. Surprise us with something really crazy!
RAINY DAY Outfits ready, hair fixed...then it starts to rain! What to do? We will call you if it is raining at your session location. It could be raining at your house but dry in other areas, so go to your session unless we call. If it is just overcast but not actually raining, it could be a great day for your session. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t have to be super sunny to be great light for your shoot. But remember, it is up to you. If you are not comfortable with the weather, you may reschedule your senior session.
A fresh trim is a great idea, but no need to change your look. You want to look like yourself! Girls, even if you don’t normally wear makeup, please apply mascara, lip gloss, and blush. Be careful with the sun or tanning booths. If your sunburn or tanline shows in your mirror, it will show in your pictures. Don’t forget to get rid of chipped nail polish and dark hair roots.
CANCELLING If for any reason you need to move or cancel your session, there is no penalty if you call us at least 24 hours prior to the session. We value our photographers’ time and hope you do too. If you don’t call within 24 hours of the session, there will be a $30 rescheduling fee. This also applies to NO SHOWS. Please call the studio as soon as possible to reschedule so you can get a premium date and time for your session.
WHAT TO EXPECT On the day of the photo shoot, arrive 10 minutes early so you can get all your stuff out of the car before the session starts. Arrive dressed and ready to be photographed in the outfit you would like for the yearbook picture. Then, you can change into the other outfits. Get ready to have a blast! We promise that your session will be lots of fun!
If you have a Deluxe Session, you will receive an email with a link to view your images online. You have 2 weeks to pick your favorites. After that, the link to your images will expire. Once you have chosen your 28 favorites (40 for Journey and Pick Two sessions) we will create your Senior Proof Book. We will call you just as soon as it is ready to be picked up!
With a Standard Session, we choose our favorite 28 images and create a Senior Proof Book, ready in 2 to 3 weeks. We’ll call you when it is ready. For a $200 deposit, you can take your book home to look at your beautiful images and make selections for your portrait order. Your $200 deposit will be applied toward your order. The Proof Books may be purchased with your order.
THEN WHAT? to pick up in 3 to 4 weeks from your order date. Yes, we know that may seem like a long time, but we put a lot of effort into perfecting your photos. We make sure each and every image meets our high standard.
