We have three new Presentation Rooms. With our projectors we can enlarge your favorite images, making it easy to show all the details. We will even crop them so you can see exactly how your portraits will look when printed.
With the most experienced staff, you’ll get your own personal designer to help you select the best images for your order and to help you personalize any of our senior products.
For your convenience, our Beverage Bar is always open. Hot tea, coffee, water, or soda is available. With our “no pressure” attitude, we are here to assist you in any way you need!

Your session is the actual photo shoot. Session fees include the photographer’s time and talent and use of the photography equipment during the session. A proof book is made with every paid session. These books may be purchased separately.
The photographers will take more pictures with the Deluxe Sessions. You also get to view your images online and pick your 40 favorites! Those favorites will be printed in your Senior Proof Book. This gives you creative control over the selection.
For Standard sessions, our artists will select our favorite 40 images for your Senior Proof Book. It takes 2-3 weeks to print your book. We will call you when it is ready.

GETTING READY BE INSPIRED... Get some great ideas for your session from our website! Visit www.ervinseniors.com. Under each session is a gallery of incredible images.
CLOTHING CHANGES With each paid session, you will get to wear 3 different outfits. Journey, Equestrian, and My Senior Story sessions allow 5-6 outfits, depending on the session. If you want help deciding what to wear, our design consultants will be happy to schedule a “clothing design” consultation with you. A great way to add variety to your senior portrait look is through accessories: jewelry, scarves, headbands, hats, and shoes.
YEARBOOK MINI We know some seniors are not looking for a full senior session. We still want to see you! We will photograph “yearbook mini” sessions from April 1 - August 15. These mini sessions will include only one yearbook/school approved outfit and will last about 10 minutes. We will retouch your yearbook selection and give it to the yearbook staff. Keep in mind, for as little as $50, you can have a fabulous one-hour session in a beautiful location, with 3 clothing changes. Your yearbook images can be chosen from any of our senior portrait sessions.

PROPS, ACCESSORIES Do you love music, sports, reading? Bring your favorite prop and make your session all about you. And don’t forget about your car. Seniors love to be photographed with their own car, or with a cool car that belongs to a friend. You can bring your pet to any of our sessions except Philbrook. We are excited to photograph all your fun and creative ideas. Surprise us with something really crazy!
RAINY DAY Outfits ready, hair fixed...then it starts to rain! What to do? We will call you if it is raining at your session location. It could be raining at your house but dry in other areas, so go to your session unless we call. If it is just overcast but not actually raining, it could be a great day for your session. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t have to be super sunny to be great light for your shoot. But remember, it is up to you. If you are not comfortable with the weather, you may reschedule your senior session.
HIRE A PROFESSIONAL...
Many of our seniors have professional hair and makeup done for their sessions. Make sure you communicate your style to get the best “you”!
HAIR, MAKEUP, TANS This is not the time to try a new hair style or get a fresh haircut. You want to look like yourself! Girls, even if you don’t normally wear makeup, please apply mascara, lip gloss, and blush. Be careful with the sun or tanning booths. If your sunburn or tanline shows in your mirror, it will show in your pictures. Don’t forget to get rid of chipped nail polish and dark hair roots. Sure we can usually fix it later, but it will cost you extra.
CANCELLING If for any reason you need to move or cancel your session, there is no penalty if you call us at least 24 hours prior to the session. We value our photographers’ time and hope you do too. If you don’t call within 24 hours of the session, there will be a $30 rescheduling fee. This also applies to NO SHOWS. Please call the studio as soon as possible to reschedule so you can get a premium date and time for your session.
WHAT TO EXPECT On the day of the photo shoot, arrive 10 minutes early so you can get all your stuff out of the car before the session starts. Arrive dressed and ready to be photographed in the outfit you would like for the yearbook picture. Then, you can change into the other outfits. Get ready to have a blast! We promise that your session will be lots of fun!
If you have a Deluxe Session, 5 to 7 business days later you will receive an email with a link to view your images online. You have 2 weeks to pick your favorites. After that, the link to your images will expire. Once you have chosen your 40 favorites, we will create your Senior Proof Book. We will call you just as soon as it is ready to be picked up!
With a Standard Session, we choose our favorite 40 images and create a Senior Proof Book, ready in 2 to 3 weeks. We’ll call you when it is ready. For a $200* deposit, you can take your book home to look at your beautiful images and make selections for your portrait order. Your $200 deposit will be applied toward your order. The Proof Books may be purchased with your order. *Deposits for Journey, Equestrian,
and My Senior Story will be 1/2 of the minimum print order amount.
THEN WHAT? Your finished prints will be ready to pick up in 3 to 4 weeks from your order date. Yes, we know that may seem like a long time, but we put a lot of effort into perfecting your photos. We make sure each and every image meets our high standard.
This ensures that your photos are perfect and that you will love them. We also offer interest-free Payment Plans for all orders. The plan is designed individually to fit your budget. Call us at 918.209.5050 with any questions.
