Conclusion River Island, while it may seem like it has a lot of negatives to it, is actually a company with a lot of potential. While we cannot look and fix every single thing to do with the company and every nook and cranny, we can look and take small steps to start turning the tide to make this company what it really can be! River Island, when switched to better itself as a high street store with value, can really be a force to reckoned with on the high street! These steps from this plan are only the beginning outline to what will be a long and consistent re-haul. We will have to constantly meet to discuss any changes that has happened outside the store (competitors, situation analysis, this global pandemic we are currently in). However, the results will be worth the wait!
