January 24th - February 10th: Erasmus Recruitment Days
To kick off the Erasmus Recruitment Days 2023, all participants are invited to the Grand Opening on the 24th of January at Erasmus Paviljoen. There will be a short ceremony with some inspirational speakers and complimentary drinks.
Do you want to improve your personal skills?
The Erasmus Recruitment Days offer a variety of trainings which are open to all students. The different trainings range from personal development, job application advice to career guidance. To learn more about the specific trainings offered, check out page 7 and the online schedule.
The Network Drinks is the perfect opportunity to network with companies in an informal setting. Each day, four companies will be present at the drink. This provides the perfect chance to introduce yourself to the companies which piqued your interest. The drinks will take place daily from 17:00 until 19:00, so take your chance and socialize with recruiters in an informal setting!
Besides the regular events, we also host five special days which are focused on different topics. This year we organize the Sustainable Innovation Day, the Women’s Day, the Financial Investment Day, the Data Analytics Day, and the International Day. For more information about our special days, please refer to page 18.
During a Power Networking session several recruiters of different companies from the same sector will be present. As a student, you will be able to speak with each recruiter for up to 8 minutes. This type of interview enables you to strengthen your network with contacts from different companies.
Branches: Banking, Financial services, FMCG, Consumer goods, Consultancy, Real Estate, Tech & Communications, and Logistics.
Meet the people behind the company during one of our informal recruitment activities. Here, you will participate in an exciting activity and thus get a taste of the company’s culture.
A workshop offers you the unique opportunity to gain insights in the daily practices of a company. You will work together with fellow students to solve a case or participate in a business game. The workshop will give you a realistic idea of the type of problems you would face as an employee of the company. This is the perfect way to impress companies with your talent!
Suit up and sit down with a recruiter to get in touch with companies on an individual level. The interview will take 30 or 50 minutes and is either orienting or soliciting. The specifics of each interview will be indicated on our website (www.erasmusrecruitment. nl/days).
During a Company Dinner, you can enjoy a luxurious dinner hosted exclusively by a single company. This is an ideal way to learn more about the company’s culture and employees. Besides, this is the perfect chance to make a good impression!
A Branch Dinner gives you the opportunity to meet two or three different companies from a certain branch. After each course you will switch to a different table, this enables all students to speak to representatives from the different companies.
During the main course you will be seated at the table of the company that selected you.

You can view your schedule online by logging in to our website (www.erasmusrecruitment.nl/days) and clicking on ‘my activities’. Your schedule will be available on January 20th 2023.
The selection process is done by the companies based on your CV. To maximize your chances, make sure your CV is up-to-date and your motivation (if needed) is sincere. For non-CV selection activities, the selection will be done randomly. However, your chances of being selected will improve if you have not been selected for any other activities.
It is required to upload an anonymous CV so we can guarantee that only the companies which have selected you for an activity, receive your contact details. Without having received an anonymous CV, we cannot send it to the companies and thus the participant cannot be selected. Furthermore, by anonymizing your CV, companies will base their selection on applicants’ competencies and experience. An anonymous CV does not include your name, photo, and other personal details.
