 1. Make your entranceway say, "Hey, look at me!"  2. Prune dead limbs from trees. Cut low hanging branches.  3. Paint (or touch up) exterior. Repair screens and windows.  4. Clean your windows. Inside and out  5. Check A/C and heating systems. Change out filters!  6. Fix leaky faucets, toilets and faulty lights.  7. Vacuum drapes and carpets. Dust everything inside and out  8. Repair wall cracks. Re-caulk bathrooms and kitchen.  9. Clear out closets. Start boxing things up that you won't need anytime soon.
