OUR YEAR IN REVIEW 2022

OUR YEAR IN REVIEW 01
In 2022, we had the privilege of working closely with over 85 unique nonprofit clients seeking our partnership across our spectrum of services. Every day, we are grateful for the tireless work you do in the nonprofit sector to improve lives, better the community, and ensure a bright future ahead for all of us
Since founding Envision Consulting in 2011, our firm has had more than 2,000 engagements with nonprofits with operating budgets ranging from $75,000 to $500 million Today we have offices in Los Angeles, New York, and, in 2022, Denver With roughly 60% of our work focused on Executive Search, we bring a unique view to skillsets and experience demanded by today’s leading employers Through our 40% of work, we focus expressly on strategy services, including leadership transition, strategic planning, organizational assessments, board development, as well as strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

What we bring to our clients is a unique understanding of what it takes to catalyze and implement actionable change within nonprofits. Our partners and senior consultants are former executive leaders who have administered county and federal contracts, capacity awards, and operating grants. We have led and implemented strategic plans in partnership with our boards. We have fundraised under the toughest of circumstances
And because we led the development of the Equitable Nonprofit Workplace Report in 2022, Envision possesses a macro view about developing talent and leadership pipelines with exceptional visibility into racial wage gaps, developing inclusive leadership practices, and generational workplace shifts unmatched by any other organization
We look forward to reflecting on 2022 with you in the next pages, and we hope to have the opportunity to partner with you in 2023!

CauseCupid saw an exciting return after a long pandemic-driven hiatus, convening nearly 20 nonprofits and three times more board prospects at our event in Los Angeles This popular event resulted in a number of successful matches that is, new board members for our nonprofit participants!

For every investment employers are willing to make on work schedules and building leadership pipelines, they are also enormously cognizant of workplace dynamics and how the right hire fits into their strategic initiatives, according to Ms Fuller "But because it’s an employee’s market, leaders are scrutinizing their moves just as carefully, and aren’t willing to leave their organizations for a few extra perks," she said "These professionals are seeking meaningful jobs and often that means working for an organization that can demonstrate a real commitment toward DEI through its policies and practices The leaders are out there, and there are matches to be made, but as both
