Early Childhood Education: Center-based crisis/respite childcare for families at risk of child abuse or neglect

Family Strengthening Services: Multi-faceted program targeting families with children 0-18 at risk for abuse, domestic violence, or in need of extra support:

Mental Health: Therapeutic services for children, teens and families who have full scope Medi-Cal

Awareness and Education: The Lisa Project, CAPC Awareness Campaigns and trainings

Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA): CASA volunteers ensure that foster children are not forgotten, but rather are afforded every opportunity to have a happy and healthy life

TAY Mentoring & Youth Support: Individual support focused on teaching life skills and future planning, weekly meetings at school, home, our office, or virtually

Suicide Prevention: The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week as the emergency response system for youth (ages 12-24) and families

An Immersive Multi-Sensory Exhibit on Child Abuse Experience: A one-of-a-kind exhibit that provides visitors with the opportunity to see, hear, and feel the harsh realities of child abuse With audio narration from a child's perspective, guests are taken through a series of scenarios that depict abuse Each room is carefully designed to fully immerse visitors into the world that these children face daily

The Child Abuse Prevention Council protects children and strengthens families through awareness and outcome driven programs delivered with compassion.
