BENEFITS OF BEING PRE-PREAPPROVED
A pre-approval letter must accompany any offer to demonstrate financial capability and strength,

When closing documents are ready for you to sign, escrow will contact you to schedule a signing appointment. Escrow will confirm funds are received and will then release the documents to be recorded with the county. Regardless of what time escrow releases documents, it could be late into the afternoon before recording numbers are made available.
Once escrow has all the numbers, they will call all parties and let them know. Then I can finally hand you the keys to your new home!
