Mi-CON DIMENSIONS All dimension provided are to be used as a reference guide only. Please consult with our team of experts when calculating best practice lengths and discharge heights.

The Mi-CON system is constructed in full 304 stainless steel with all hardware and running gear suitable for a full wash-down environment. Support stands can be supplied as mobile or with bolt down provision.

Tail infeed module can be bolted to any or multiple intermediate sections.

• Maximum infeed length 4500 mm.

• 1000 mm Tail infeed cannot incorporate the belt lifter, please refer to the 1500 mm if required.

• CIP system can be used in any section except the transition modules.

• Drive as standard SEW right angle gearbox, additional brand options or full 304 stainless drive on request.

• Standard belt PU cleated wave wall, 500 mm O/A, 350 mm usable, 75 mm scoop cleat @ 250 mm pitch

BELT OPTIONS The Mi-CON system can utilise either a PU belt or plastic modular depending on the application. Our standard PU belt comes with 75 mm scooped cleats and wave wall sides. Please consult our team of professionals for additional belt options.

Mi-CON MODULES Enmin’s Mi-CON system has been designed and built to meet the high standards of the Australian food industry. All components used are FDA approved and suitable for a full wash down environment.

The modular design, standard parts and components, accompanied with a flexible design ensures suitability for multiple applications.

TAIL INFEED MODULE The modular tail infeed section includes quick lock belt tensioner, manual belt lifter for operator inspection and internal/external CIP spray bars. Standard infeed section 500 mm wide, overall length 1000 without belt lifter/1500 mm complete with belt lifter.

TAIL/HEAD TRANSITION MODULE The modular infeed transition includes quick lock belt hold down. Standard transition section 500 mm wide, with optional angle of 60 and 75 degrees. The outfeed transition includes a set of drive sprockets to ensure simple tracking is maintained.

INTERMEDIATE MODULE The modular intermediate section can be used to extend the available infeed/outfeed and also increase the overall discharge height of the conveyor. Standard infeed section 500 mm wide, available lengths 1200/ 1500/2400/3000 mm. Additional spray bars can also be fitted if required.

BELT LIFTER Manual belt lifter for internal inspection and cleaning.

SUPPORTS Mobile or fixed supports, jacking feet also available.

HEAD OUTFEED MODULE The modular head outfeed section includes a final set of drive sprockets, right angle gearbox and discharge chute. Standard outfeed section can be supplied as standard 500 mm wide and an overall length of 600 or 1200 mm.

E-STOP E-Stop system providing instant stopping ensuring operator safety.

CONTROLS Variable or fixed speed control systems available.

COVERS Hanging, hinged or interlocked covers available.

CONVEYOR OPTIONS Other Enmin conveyor options include accumulation, takeaway, bag conditioning/flattening delivery conveyors and packing tables – all designed to fit perfectly with the mi-con system.
