CHECKWEIGHERS.

Checkweighers ensure weight correctness prior to packaging and are designed to operate in high-speed lines. They can be configured to operate with light, medium and heavy-duty products.

Featuring the latest inspection technology and highquality components, the machine is simple to operate and easy to manage. A single operator interface coupled with a colour touch-screen allows specifications to be easily loaded.

The weighing unit features the latest load cell technology and is designed to operate with the utmost precision with an impressive accuracy of plus or minus 0.2g (subject to operating environment).

SPECIAL CHECKWEIGHERS.

Years of experience in the field have led to the creation of special/custom checkweigher configurations, which respond to particular and complex needs: multi-lane systems, tangential side belts for running vertical unstable products, weighing modules integrated into OEM equipment and raw/unpackaged product process control solutions.

METAL DETECTORS.

The metal detector identifies metal contaminants in both packaged and unpackaged products, in horizontal formats such as flow-packs, trays and cases, in vertical formats such as bottles, flasks and jars and bulk products in free fall in vertical pipes.

The unit is impervious to electrical interference and sensitive enough to detect products with uneven physical characteristics and light metallised wrappers, guaranteeing any metal contaminants are removed. It is designed to work with dedicated frequencies, multifrequency and simultaneous multifrequency.

IN-LINE LEAK DETECTION.

The in-line leak control system performs non-destructive checks on 100% of the product, guaranteeing food safety and quality of the final product.

The system uses IR spectroscopy technology to inspect for leakages from the packages, identifying holes or micro-holes in the packaging and/or seal.

All of this is achieved without changing the line speedthe system provides real-time data updates as soon as a micro leak is detected and automatically rejects the package.
