Three months ago it was uncertain whether homebuyers would show up this summer, but by mid-June it was evident that the Wood River Valley was the place to be! Despite being shut down for a couple of months, our market bounced back and then some. One of our best indicators of a strong market, ‘Days on Market Until Sold’, reflects over 17% fewer ‘days on market’ in the past 12 months than the preceding 12 months. Surprisingly, Pending Listings are down over 14%, which could point to either COVID-19 affecting new contracts or the result of low inventory.
