Born and largely raised in the Sun Valley, Maryland grew up sharing her time between Sun Valley and Los Angeles before making the permanent move home in 2018 to pursue her passion for real estate in the town she knows and loves best. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler School of Business, an MS in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and a BA in Hospitality Management from Washington State University. Born and raised in Mercer Island, Washington, a well-known and prominent suburb of Seattle, after completing his undergraduate degree Reid joined the United States Air Force and became a pilot in the F-15 Fighter Jet. He is a decorated military officer, and has traveled and served all over the United States and around the world. He has lived in Washington, Idaho, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Georgia, Florida, and the United Kingdom. During his service, Reid purchased, leased, and sold real estate. Reid is a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the city of Sun Valley, former Sun Valley Board of Realtors President, and currently sits on the Board as their Past President. He recently completed his first multi-family Ketchum Development Project, “The Lofts @ 660” as part of Engel & Völkers Development Services.

Those paid ads will be placed on all major social platforms such as: YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. All will be platform specific to optimize the engagement potential, directed to potential buyers for your home.

INSTAGRAM - On Instagram we publish photography and video of your home to our 10,000+ audience. In addition, we promote each published post to the same strategic areas as mentioned above. Here we focus on choosing the right age group and interests and lifestyles that match with potential buyers. Digital Multi-Media

Video is the most effective medium to properly engage potential buyers through social media and on the web. It will increase exposure and better communicate the lifestyle and highlights your property has to offer to potential buyers for your home.

We will use this video to provide exposure for your home through paid digital ad placements, digital interactive property brochures, and to share across social media. Our in-house photographer will take twilight photography in order to capture your home in its best form. This will allow us to enhance all print and digital advertising with stunning visuals and further increase engagement. In order to provide potential out-of-state/country buyers with a good sense of the floor plan and the layout of the home, we will create a Matterport tour. Matterport is currently the most advanced and popular 3D virtual walk-through tours on the market. It creates not only virtual walk-through capabilities, but also a “dollhouse view”, which helps potential buyers to provide a better understanding of the layout and floorplan of your home.
