HUB was engaged to design the next generation SMART. POLE for the Sydney Light Rail project. The task required HUB to evolve the design of the suite to different structural requirements in different locations, as well as incorporating new digital services and existing technologies such as ‘tap and go’ fare collection. HUB also designed a smart control system for LED lighting, the beacons at the top of the pole as well as the decorative XMAS star feature.

THE MILL, MORETON BAY CITY
The Mill is a major new precinct development that will deliver residential, commercial, a new university campus, recreational areas and more for the local community at Petrie in City of Moreton Bay. HUB was awarded an ‘Infrastructure as a Service’ contract by City of Moreton Bay to plan, fund, deliver and maintain a network of 52 SMART.NODEs™, 71 SMART.HUBs and 6 TOWER.NODEs. The network also delivers a range of Digital Services to the new precinct.
