Community Resource Center The City of Encinitas Senior Center has partnered with the Community Resource Center (CRC) to assist citizens aged 50+ with the following free services: 1. Case Management Consultations and Assessments 2. Provisions of Emergency Assistance 3. Benefit Eligibility 4. Referrals for Mental Health, Crisis and Substance Abuse Counseling 5. Job or Volunteer Placement Referrals 6. Transportation Assistance 7. Food at CRC’s Food & Nutrition Center and vouchers for clothing and home goods at CRC Resale Stores while supplies last and budget permitting. CRC can support you with assistance and resources for Healthy Food, Stable Homes and Safe Relationships.
