NICOLETT HINES
Nicolette Hines is an Inspirational Speaker, Panelist, Author and Founder of Woman Up Empowerment, a ministry of healing for women who have endured the trauma of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and other devastating experiences. She is the CEO of C.O.H.E.D non-profit organization, Community Outreach Housing and Economic Development. Nicolett has worked for the University of Texas on a grant project dealing with the reality of drug abuse in highrisk communities in which she assisted drug abusers in developing an intervention plan. She's worked on a research project concerning HIV population and preventative methods. Nicolett served on the planning team for Earth Angels, a non-profit organization that mentors young girls. She has worked with the homeless and mentally disabled population helping them to reestablish themselves in the community through Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD. Nicolett serves as a volunteer at Plane State Prison empowering women who are incarcerated to embrace a new beginning. She currently works for the Department of Family and Protective Services as a Child Protective Service Investigator addressing allegations of child abuse and neglect. Nicolett is passionate about women empowerment and hope to continue inspiring women all over the world to heal and achieve their highest level of excellence.
Nicolett has faced many traumatic events that has strengthened her gift as a spiritual counselor. She graduated from Letourneau University and obtained her Bachelor's in Psychology in December 2013 and Master's Degree in Applied Psychology in 2016.
