Shyreka Riley was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. She takes pleasure in impacting and giving back to her community. Serving has come naturally to her. She serves as a member of Soroptimist International Organization, and ESVA Community Outreach Manager of Red Door Empowerment. Shyreka has hosted several back-to-school events to give supplies, services, and food back to the community. During the pandemic in 2020, Shyreka awakened her dream and opened her own salon. She was elected to the town council of Onancock in 2020. This showed that you are capable of being anything you strive to be. Her latest accomplishment, Birth Build and Beyond youth workshop has given many youths interested in the beauty industry, HOPE. The workshop is to cultivate their talent and to help build them personally and professionally. Shyreka likes to believe that her late start in her career was to pave a way for others. She has a passion that expresses her artistry to her clients. She uses her platform as a Life and Executive Leadership Coach and stylist to give advice, inspire and encourage many people to become greater. Shyreka has a goal to assist those of her youth workshop with scholarships to further their education in the industry or start their own business. In addition to helping those in the community, Shyreka is a Nominee for the Professional Beauty Association Most Inspiring Salon of 2023. She loves to travel and hopes to be able to make a worldwide impact.
