JUANIA LILLY

Juania Lashon Lilly was born in Chicago, Illinois. She relocated to Florida in 2004. Juania Lilly recently graduated from FDCA and is now a certified Correctional Officer for the State of Florida. She also serves under the leadership of her Pastors at Greater Life Worship Center, and is ordained as Elder/ Prophetess. She loves to spread the Gospel and the love of Jesus Christ. Juania is the Founder of Ravishing Young Ladies Foundation Inc, where she utilizes her Life Coach Certification to mentor young ladies and women. Juania does a weekly encouragement on Facebook platform Soul Sistas called "Encouraging You" with Juania Lilly where she speaks life and words of empowerment into the lives of others. She is CoOwner of Lilly and Son's Logistic LLC alongside her husband. She is a Inspirational speaker, an Author of When a Prophet Cry Behind The Veil, Co- Author of Reloaded & Dangerous, CoAuthor of A Mother's Cry and a Author / Co- Author of two upcoming assignments in 2023, A Prayer Workbook and Anthology with some powerful women. Juania is the wife of Eddie L. Lilly, she has three sons Sean, Lamar, Nathaniel and a granddaughter Kylah plus (3) Stepchildren and (4) step grandchildren. Juania loves to see people overcome their obstacles and become winners. She believes we were designed to WIN!

Tameshia Sexton

Tameshia L. Sexton was born in Miami, Florida. She is an alumni of Florida Memorial University and has a BA Degree in Sociology. Tameshia has 16 years of experience in Child Welfare. Since 2017, she has solely been dedicated to training and talent development. Taking what she's learned from corporate America, Tameshia started Mesh Dollhouse which is a mentorship/coaching program and also created her 2nd business, Mesh Consulting and Adoption Services. Tameshia serves as a mindset coach and motivational speaker. She has been featured and seen in numerous magazines, TV appearances, podcasts, and conferences. She was most recently selected as a honoree for a prestigious award with Empowered Magazine. Tameshia is on a purposeful mission to help women shift their mindset and become the best version of themselves. As a certified life coach, Tameshia is fully equipped in identifying winning strategies and helping others elevate to their next level. Tameshia is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. For 5 years, Mesh has partnered with Miami-Dade County Adopt-a-Road program. She participates in Career Days hosted by Dade County Public Schools, hosts "Teen Talks" at Redland Christian Academy, and volunteers for the Annual Read at Dr. William A. Chapman Elementary. Known for being extremely raw, uncut, and uncensored makes people fall in love with her style and authenticity. Tameshia is a walking testimony and is truly living her purpose out loud! Kimberly Dennard-Kohn was born and raised in Miami Florida. She is a wife and mother and what you would call a serial entrepreneur. Kimberly holds 3 degrees and several state licenses. Though she wears many hats, Real Estate is her passion. She prides herself on providing elite service in everything she does, as well as being honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Her motto is “my goal is to help you reach your goals.” Kimberly believes that partnering with the right real estate professional means having an agent who is committed to helping you buy or sell your home with the highest level of expertise in your local market. Andrea Cook

As a lifelong learner, Andrea Cook is passionate about education, technology, sports, Hip-hop, and social media. Andrea has spun all those passions into her own Edtech company called EdTechNext, a technology training business for learners of all ages. She also is the Chief Relationships Officer at Leanlab Education in Kansas City, Missouri. Andrea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, a Master's Degree and an Education Specialist Degree in Educational Technology; all from the University of Central Missouri. Her knowledge and 20 years of education experience has been shared internationally at the International Society of Technology Education (ISTE) and at the Family Online Safety Institute (FOSI). Nationally at Googlepalooza, the Missouri Research and Education Network (MORENET), and the Midwest Education Technology Community (METC).

She has also been published in the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) on Flipped Model professional development. Andrea is an asset to the education community with a growing professional learning network on social media platforms.

In 2011 Joslin Neal began her entrepreneurship with Mary Kay Cosmetics teaching women about skin care, and color but little did she know it was so much more. In 2017 she went full force with her business. As her confidence grew, she made it her mission to help women feel good on the inside while looking good on the outside. In 2020 Joslin promoted herself to the top 2% of the company as a Sales Director leading a team of over 40 women and teaching them how to own their power and enrich other women's lives. That year she earned her first car with the company and her first diamond ring. She and her team partnered with the local Cancer Treatment Centers in Illinois and Texas to donate Chemo Care Packages to hundreds of patients. In 2022 she became an Ambassador with the Mary Kay Foundation to help raise funds for cancer research and domestic violence against women. Joslin loves helping and motivating the total woman (mind, body, and spirit) and helping them to also see there is so much more that we have on the inside of them. We just must tap into it and believe it can happen for us and we are worth it all. The motto is truly Faith first, Family second and Career third. Every day Joslin enriches a woman's life and blessing her and her family and community.
