Karen Tillman is a Survivor and Advocate of Child Sexual Abuse. She's the Founder/President of a Non-Profit Organization " Child Safety Squad Inc". She's the Author of a Book " I'M TELLING." with a Trademark " I'M TELLING. Karen grew up in a household where she was mentally, physically and sexually abused because of the color of her skin. As she became an adult she started to talk about her childhood and had noticed that no one wanted to talk about this horrible crime that was affecting girls' mental state and community. So, she decided to do something about it. She kept talking until someone would listen. She decided to write a book and start a non-profit being the voice of little girls who were afraid to speak up. Her Purpose strives to enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals and family by helping people recognize and stop sexual abuse. Through her slogan. "I'M TELLING” people can identify and stop abuse to allow them to heal and rebuild trust. CSS's overall mission is to be an advocate for sexually abused children. Providing education and training designed to promote awareness, in cooperation with local School System, Churches, and Community Centers.
