B. Alexis Wright is a six-figure beauty expert/business owner, award winning celebrity stylist, Luxury Hair Extension Distributor and keynote speaker. As the owner of Alluring Illusions Hair Braiding and Weaving bar in Fredericksburg, B. Alexis brings over twenty years of experience in the beauty industry, a background in finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. As woman of many hats, she is on the verge of launching “The B. Alexis Experience,” Opening a Salon in 60 days program. As a six-figure beauty business expert, her ambition is to help beauticians identify challenges that stagnate their business-while offering practical solutions that can help them be owners of a six-figure business. Sonia Mulongo-Dongo is the Founder and Executive Director of Usafi Foundation, non-profit organization dedicated to Educate disadvantaged individuals through Oral Health Education and Dental Care. Her objective is to bring dental help closer to communities in remote areas where dental care is very much lacking. She regularly holds activities such as dental missions to achieve this objective. Sonia was brought up in a Congolese household where education and being healthy was very important and taught to be powerful. Sonia graduated from Everest Corinthians College and obtained a degree in Dental Health.

In addition to operating Usafi Foundation, she is an insurance manager at the University Of Maryland School of Dentistry, active participant in multiple community service projects, and a member of the Global Dental Organization. Sonia hopes to make a difference in her native country, the Democratic Republic of Congo. She benefited from a good education but has always been aware that many children and adults in the DRC are not so fortunate. Fiercely proud of her African Heritage, her determination to help improve the lives and health of Africa's population has made her an international advocate for their welfare. Alongside being a wife and a mother to three young daughters, using her profile to raise awareness for causes she believes in as a mother, a feminist and a believer in the intrinsic human right to education, health and opportunity.
