LaTricia Woods is an award-winning, accredited public relations professional with more than 27 years of industry experience. After working in various industries, she opened Mahogany Xan Communications, LLC in 2012. The firm's clients include universities, nonprofit organizations, professional service providers, corporations, member associations, and small businesses representing a variety of industries. She is also a founding principal of The Change Agencies, the first and only national network of independently-owned PR firms focused on inclusive marketing to multicultural and LGBTQ communities. A woman whose community service is as diverse as her client portfolio, LaTricia is a member, past Chapter president, and former chapter Board Member for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), a life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Phoenix. She is currently the national PR Chair and Phoenix Chapter President for the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., and Vice Chair for the Chandler Cultural Foundation. LaTricia was recently named to the Board of Advisors for the National Quarterback Club. She is the co-author of "A Girlfriend's Guide to Social Media." In addition, she is an adjunct professor at South Mountain Community College and is a regular presenter on a variety of topics including diversity in public relations, multicultural communications, and best practices in communications strategies. First in my family to earn a Bachelor's degree, I started my career as a Radiology technologist in 2006. After several years in the Cardiac Cath lab, I made the move to medical device sales. I have been a medical device sales representative for 10 years and currently represent a heart pump used during heart surgeries.

I am passionate about recovering hearts and saving lives. And for the past 6 years, I've been with Abiomed – a company that manufactures some of the world's most advanced heart pumps. In my current role as Senior Sales Rep, I lead a great clinical team that's on call 24/7 to help physicians and nurses manage patients to heart recovery. Putting patients first has led me to success and top performance – something that is truly heartwarming. It's an inspiration and reminder of why I do what I do every day.

Shandrika McDowell is a Serial Entrepreneur who wears many hats. She is a Contributing Writer, Motivational Speaker, Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant and Business Owner. But first and foremost she is a mother and grandmother dedicated to breaking generational curses and leaving a legacy. Proud owner of Earrings and LastMinute Thingz and Pushing Positivity where her motto is “Even in a world full of chaos I will continue Pushing Positivity.”

Ms.McDowell is last year's recipient of the Grace Of A Gladiator Award and will be gracing the cover of Next Generation Speakers Magazine January 2023. Almost losing her life to preeclampsia, Shandrika encourages other women and girls to live their lives out loud and unapologetically.

TONISHA (TONI) MCSWAIN

As a Trusted Mentor, Toni (Tonisha) a 43 year old wife and mother of 6 sons. An only child, she was blessed with GREAT parents. Despite that, she made decisions that created several hardships. Having a Psychology degree along with the details of her past have allowed her to build a better future for others. This is the foundation "The Divine Movement" is built on. Not every girl she works with has the same story but they all share something in common, "Coach Toni". She connects with them in a way that assures them they are seen, heard, loved, respected and special. "They must know that they are valued and valuable to the community and the world" says Toni! Her focus is fostering self assurance through Self Love; Self Worth and Self Growth. Toni works with girls between the ages of 8 to 23. Offering workshops, physical fitness training, and one on one sessions promoting personal growth are just some aspects of her program. Building girls in major ways, Toni has become the mentor she needed in her younger years. Her goal is to reach as many as she can. After being diagnosed with Cancer and losing her mom in Feb. she decided to step out on faith. She entered a Pageant allowing a new platform to share about The Divine Movement Organization. “Wonder Wendy's bucket list life” – it's a simple motto that Wonder Wendy Farrell adapted shortly after she moved to Arizona to start the most recent chapter of her life. She credits her parents for instilling that curiosity to explore and learn.

Her father, a university professor, frequently included Wonder Wendy (WW) and her mother on his work trips relating to Agricultural Extension. As such, WW enjoys learning and trying new things whether it be food, fashion, the arts, or even rappelling off a nine-story hotel (that was a fundraiser for the Flynn Theater in Burlington, VT) In this most recent chapter of her life, WW is combining her background in business logistics/marketing, nonprofit management/fundraising, and theater to evolve once again.

She thought she retired when she and her husband moved to Arizona, but quickly found that there were lots of ways that her talents were still in demand. She sits on the board of the Arizona Costume Institute at the Phoenix Art Museum, works as a model and spokesperson, and is now working on a book.
