As of March 2021, Monica became the founder and visionary of A Touch of Clean by Mon. A Touch of Clean by Mon offers residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Georgia and Florida. The company focuses on cleaning with love, getting each and every residence and commercial building into top shape. Monica takes pride in providing affordable prices and excellent service for her clients.

At A Touch of Clean by Mon, the mission is to please and keep clients satisfied for a lifetime. Monica has not only achieved great heights as an entrepreneur, but she is also accomplished in academics. She received CNA, physical therapy, and security guard certifications early in her post-secondary education. Monica also attended Strayer University, obtaining a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She competed in Women Business Leadership and Entrepreneur Pageant (WBLEP) 2022, and won the title of Mrs. WBLEP Elite Queen, and several other titles.

Monica is all about family. She has been married for seven years, and has two sons, two stepchildren, and three grandsons - whom she is very thankful for. Monica is forever grateful for the many blessings in her life. She thanks her mentor, coaches, and most importantly, God for seeing the best in her.
