iPlotter is a high-definition digital printer that uses ceramic ink. It is ideal for reproducing any kind of image on glass surfaces and can be used in all sectors, especially furnishing, architecture and automotive. The innovative software can process the graphical designs to be printed on glass in a simply and intuitive manner. The propriety software and industrial computer installed on the machine manage all of its operating parameters through a simple and direct user interface.

SPECIAL FEATURES AND BENEFITS Printing Heads The unique capacity of the iPlotter to house different printing heads ensures that it will be possible to find the best typological solution to meet the customerâ€™s specific needs and can be expected to accommodate new technologies that the future may bring. At the same time, it ensures the highest flexibility of use and a long investment duration. Thanks to the deep knowledge of our reference seller, we can offer advice on the most important special features of the various heads that can currently be used.
Touch screen operator interface The PC installed manages the machine and the graphics on a single computer. The operator interface is simple and makes it easy to control even the most complex work phases by editing all of the machine operating parameters, as well as those that may be required to optimise the print files.
Aspirated transport system The exclusive transport system on the iPlotter makes it possible to fully integrate the printing process into a line, even if it is fully automated. In fact, in addition to supervising the glass sheet movements during printing, the iPlotter interfaces with line stations for loading and unloading the glass sheets. These stations were specifically designed for the iPlotter and also contain drying systems, which are also fully interfaced and controllable from the operator panel. The single-module system with suction cups can pick up the piece to be decorated in a secure and stable manner, while using the smallest possible contact area to prevent any undesirable contamination of the untreated glass surface. It is easy to reposition the individual suction elements over the whole width of the printer opening, making it possible to print on pieces that cover the whole range of possible operational dimensions.
Automatic cleaning The automated system for maintaining and cleaning the printing heads can maximise the performance of the iPlotter and prevent machine down time for manual cleaning and/or resuming printing after periods of inactivity. It is possible to use the operator panel to program the system to respond in the most appropriate way, depending on the machine configuration adopted and its specific conditions of use. The cleaning cycles are run indipendently in a position outside the printable area, thereby preventing any contamination of the products.

The K-GLASS series is a range of ceramic inks for digital decoration of glass without the use of primers or adhesion promoters. The series is composed of frit and special pigments, and features eight very high-performance colours specifically designed for the best ink-to-glass adhesion. This ensures absolute resistance to any chemical or physical agent. It also guarantees durability due to its light and wear resistance.
