SUSTAINABILITY REPORT: STRATEGIC ROLE AND PURPOSE

Sustainability Report is a strategic tool for communication, management and reporting on the economic, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts generated by the company’s activities. Its purpose is to describe and transparently communicate the Voilàp Group’s sustainability strategies, results and objectives to all internal and external stakeholders. The ESG disclosure presented supports the economic and financial data, offering a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of Voilàp Group’s operations, organisational structure, impacts, corporate value and financial performance. The data shared through the sustainability reporting helps the identification of financial risks and opportunities related to the company’s

impact, value and long-term resilience. Finally, this document represents a first step towards mandatory sustainability reporting in compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Sustainability Report has been approved by the Voilàp S.p.A. Board of Directors on 26/05/2025 and subsequently by the Shareholders' Meeting on 27/06/2025.

METHODOLOGICAL NOTE

Reporting standards: the Report is prepared in accordance with the methodologies and principles established by the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards, defined by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI Standards) under the “in accordance” option. It also takes into account the requirements of the EcoVadis rating, which the Group aims to achieve within 2025. A summary index (GRI Content Index) is included in the appendix to ensure traceability of the indicators and the qualitative and quantitative information presented.

Reporting period and scope: the reporting period is FY 2024, aligned with the latest Group Consolidated Financial Statement. Comparisons are made with FY 2023 data and, for some environmental and social KPIs, with the 2021 baseline. The reporting scope includes all companies within Voilàp Group as of 31/12/2024, excluding financial holding and real estate companies.

Sources and controls: qualitative and quantitative data come from the corporate ERP system used for data collection and consolidation, certified internal documentation and input from key figures across all Group companies. The reported information has been validated internally by the sustainability team from both a quantitative and methodological perspective.

MATERIALITY ANALYSIS

The materiality analysis is the methodological foundation of the Sustainability Report, in accordance with the GRI 3 requirements. It allows the identification of relevant ESG topics that must be reported for the Group and its stakeholders. The material topics identified through the process are illustrated in the chart below. The appendix to the Sustainability Report includes a correlation table between material topics and the relevant GRI indicators.

The Company is committed to update this analysis annually to ensure increasing stakeholder engagement and capture any new direct or indirect sustainability impacts.

2024 HIGHLIGHTS & GOALS

In 2022, Voilàp Group launched a process to integrate sustainability into its business development plans, considering it a key factor in strengthening competitiveness and resilience, laying the foundation for long-term sustainable growth. The Group’s Sustainability Plan is based on four key pillars:

1. Net Zero Carbon Transition: accelerate the journey towards Carbon Neutrality by transitioning to renewable energy sources, implementing energy efficiency programmes, decarbonising plants and operations and developing a structured, actionable plan to reduce Scope 1, Scope 2 and full value chain (Scope 3) emissions.

2. ESG Supplier Base Evolution: collaborate with the procurement department to foster a stronger sustainability culture throughout the supply chain and engage and evolve the supplier base by integrating ESG criteria into the selection, management and evaluation of products, materials, and suppliers, in order to build a more resilient, lower-impact value chain.

3. Sustainable Product & Customer Engagement: redefine the value proposition and customer experience by integrating sustainability topics into product development and design, with a focus on material consumption and life-cycle impact, reinforcing Voilàp’s distinctive market positioning and reducing the carbon footprint of its products.

4. Voilàp People & Community: integration of sustainability into the corporate values and culture in order to generate shared value for the community, attract and retain talent and ensure a safe environment for our people.

These pillars are supported by two cross-cutting objectives (ESG Data Integration and Management and Technology for Sustainability) to enable transparent and reliable data-driven business decisions and scale sustainability impact through digital technologies.
