Dear friends, I am honored to receive the leadership of Embraer Executive Jets from Marco Tulio, who has led such a fantastic team in building this company into a market leader, with a solid portfolio of revolutionary aircraft that have set new industry standards for innovation. I’m thrilled to be leading such an exceptional support organization as well, one that has demonstrated that you can indeed have a global reach and still have that personal touch. What I cherish the most from Marco Tulio’s legacy is the strong relationship he has fostered with you, our valued customers; listening and working with you to ensure that your experience is nothing short of remarkable. I am also very grateful to inherit this amazing team, where each person is unwavering in his commitment to serve you, from the front line through customer support and onto our manufacturing, engineering and administrative sites. I would like to congratulate Marco Tulio and the entire team for having built the industry’s most innovative business jet portfolio upon Embraer’s 47-year commercial and defense aviation heritage. We also wish him the greatest success in his new role as CEO of OGMA, an Embraer business that will complete 100 years in 2018. OGMA is a true pillar of the aviation MRO and aerostructures market.
