Greetings Saints. I have been a proud member of the ‘Grand old church’ since 1973 and have worked full time in Media and Marketing since 1979. My first agency was Incentive Concepts, Advertising & PR. It was in 1979 I published my first publication, BrightSide Magazine. I worked with the late Bishop C.D. Kinsey in promoting the Central Fla Jurisdiction Newspaper. In 1980, went into my into my first love, radio as a DJ and host of my own show.

I began to sense that media was changing and launched BrightSide TV Magazine on Public Access TV in 1982 in Orlando, Fl. From Public Access, I went to Leased Access and from there, I had a vision of what would become, the Body Builders Television Network in 2000.

Best Practice Tips for Ministry Dec. Willie Davis Audio (microphone) – If you can, invest in a lapel microphone that will work with your video recording device. Purple Panda Lavalier Lapel Microphone can be found on Amazon. This will help with having clean audio without a lot of ambient sound.

Video Recording device – If using a phone or a tablet, rotate the device horizontally to have a wide format video.

Lighting – If using lighting, try not to over brighten. You will want your video to be as natural as possible. You should have your lighting at 45 degrees to the subject. Do not have the light source behind the subject.

Backdrop – Be aware of what your audience will see behind the subject being recorded.

Music – if using music in the video recording, please be aware of all Facebook & YouTube copyright laws for previously recorded music.

Content is the persona of your online ministry.

Without it no one truly knows what your ministry represents other than "another" church broadcasting online.

Use creative content to differentiate yourself.

Video: Long video to tell stories, worship experiences, interviews, etc.

Short video to promote events, give tips/advice, testimonials, etc.

Use Feedback Loops for Audience Engagement Dr. John C. Maxwell said: Many Communicate but Few Connect!

Use feedback loops to be among the few ministries which actually connect with it's audience using feedback loops.

Engineer Engagement 1. Always ask for feedback to connect by using STRONG CALLS TO ACTION. Ex. Like. Share. Comment. DM. Tell your story. Give your opinion.

2. Respond to feedback within 2 hours or less. Close the gaps in response.

Whether it’s one of the arts, a trade, law, business, or a sport, if you have the opportunity to study under someone who knows the subject well, don’t pass it up.

“No one was a better master at winning souls for God than Jesus Christ. He came “to seek and to save that which was lost” Luke 19:10.

If we want to learn how to talk with people about the gospel, we can find no better teacher than Jesus. As you read in the gospels of His encounters with lost people, take note of how He did it.

A.He never used the same approach twice.

B. He always tailored it to the individual.

The contrasts could not be much greater between Nicodemus and the Samar tin woman.

He was a Jew; she was a Samaritan. He was a man; she was a woman.

He was educated; she probably was not.

He was a leader among his people; she was probably disrespected by her people.

He was morally upright and proud of it; she was immoral and ashamed of it. He recognized Jesus’ merits and sought Him; she at first had no idea who He was.

Jesus sought her.

Nicodemus shows that no matter how religious you may be, you still need to come to Jesus for salvation. The woman at the well shows that no matter how immoral you may be, the salvation that Jesus offers extends to you.

In this hi tech and social media age, we can find thousands of evangelism strategies and strategist 24/7. Some are good and some are way off. Evangelism as we just read in it’s truest state is about winning should. There are so many ways now a days that people offer for Salvation even if Salvation is needed.

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. St. John 14:6 •

Point: True evangelism is the concern and care for people.

Point : What tools can we use to be effective in our Evangelism efforts in this present and post Pandemic era? As we prepare our churches for 2021 and beyond, here are some keys:

Rethink: a reassessment, especially one that results in changes being made.

•

Retool: to reorganize or rearrange, usually for the purpose of updating.

•

Reaffirm: state again as a fact; assert again strongly.

Reinvest: Put (the profit on a previous investment) back into the same place: Reestablish: When something that's been there ceases to exist, you can sometimes reestablish it, or return it to its former state.

Revaluate: To evaluate (something or someone) again especially with regard to changes or new information.

Point: With these words in mind, lets look at a few things as it relates to your churches Media Evangelism.
