However, as individuals, they bring a wealth of experience. Dr. Brenda is celebrates 40 years in 2019 in full time, media, ministry, marketing and Leadership Networking and Training and even hosting. Dr Will celebrates 35 years in 2019 as Bi-Vocational Pastor (former long shore man for 28 years) and Community Leader as a Certified AIDS test and test site and Project Abundant Life, a after school program that received grant funding plus local and state recognition and awards. God supernaturally relocated this power couple from Florida to Murphy, North Carolina in 2012 and the vision, Global Vision 2020, goes to it’s next phase. A new name for a life time ministry experience. Before there were , ’Apostolic Centers’ Drs. Will and Dr Brenda Miller-Chambliss have been teaching, training, networking, hosting events and speaking into the life's of Pastors and Leaders for over 40 years. Dr Brenda has been in full time media as a industry professional since 1979, the same year she founded Bright Side Magazine. Dr. Will has been a Bi-Vocational Pastor and Leadership trainer for 35 years.

Together, they birthed N.P.M.N.I, Next Phase Ministry Network International in 1998, for Small Church Pastors, Indie Gospel Artist and Christian Entrepreneurs and the used that platform to share the vision of Body Builders Television Network (bbtvn.com) the future of television that would use a emerging platform the world wide web. BBTV Today, the half promotional broadcast for Body Builders Television Network launched on worldwide television.

Our ministry has focused, on building a local church that would be the be the training and proving ground for lost , uncommitted and those that needed to be filled with the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. We have continued through Leaders Institute For Excellence; L.I.F.E. Pastors & Leaders Summits, expanding the Body Builders Television Network and now the preparation for End Time Revival. We are called as a Apostolic Center for the region God has assigned us to.

The Embassy Apostolic Center, is a place for leaders to network with other ministers, create meaningful relationships, become even more equipped, and receive impartation from other apostolic leaders.

The reformation of the 21st century church is an apostolic movement, which is getting the biblical structure aligned for a billion soul harvest. Not only do we believe God for Souls saved, but seeing them Baptized with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues, Acts 19:2.

Necessary to this reformation is recognizing apostolic centers and strengthening these centers to get them raised up and ready for the greatest revival the world has seen.
