In 2023, we were delighted to receive the Independent School of the Year Award for the Performing Arts in recognition of the diversity, inclusion and excellence in our provision. Our 2024 – 2025 music calendar offers the Emanuel community another hugely exciting programme of events, including a DJ event at the iconic London nightclub ‘XOYO’ in January, a major classical concert at St John’s Smith Square in March and our summer term choral extravaganza at the Clapham Grand. Numerous trips are offered to all year groups to experience the vibrant musical and cultural landscape in our capital city. The Performers’ Platform series enables any pupil in the school to perform in front of pupils, staff and parents. At the back of this calendar, you will see all the ensembles that are on offer to pupils, and a helpful guide to choosing the most appropriate groups to join.
