El equipo Perú Bakery Team, organización que representa al Perú en Campeonatos Internacionales y el Mondial du Pain (Francia), logró ganar galardones importantes en distintos concursos y categorías, uno fue en el rubro de pastelería; y un cuarto puesto, en panadería. Todo esto ocurrió en el marco de la Feria Internacional Sigep, Rimini 2023, realizado en Italia 2023.

El galardón máximo del Concurso ‘The Pastry Queen’, en la categoría ‘Postre Templado el Plato’, se obtuvo gracias a la creación del Choux de chocolate Marrón Glacé, una joya de la pastelería, que encantó por la fineza de sus acabados. El equipo que logró esta premiación está conformado por José Villalobos (Coach) y Diana Zavala (Candidata).
